Need to remove invasive plants along wetland area?

We thought we would share this video from a TV news segment that aired in Grand Junction, CO. The Mesa County Noxious Weed & Pest Management Department was using our EZ-Ject Herbicide Lance to remove Russian knapweed, Russian olive, tamarisk, and puncturevine. And the plant species was growing along a wetlands area. Their goal was to use a tool that did not get herbicide all over the place. The coordinator described the EZ-Ject Herbicide Lance as follows: “The tool is used for wooded trees. It essentially has a small brass shell containing an encapsulated herbicide. Once that gets punctured into the base of the tree, the herbicide will stay there the remainder of the year—essentially releasing herbicide the entire time.” To see the video, click here.
